We want to inform you that for safety reasons, we do not accept returns of test kits. We also don't provide refunds for our products, unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement or warranty provided by Vital Positive.

Damaged or Defective Test Kits
If your test kit is damaged during transport or if you require a new test kit for any reason, please contact us at shop@vitalpositive.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective test kit. We will promptly assist you and arrange for a replacement test kit to be sent to you.
